Prone Lying Opposite

Lie on stomach on top of a Physio Ball (hands and feet should just reach floor). Keeping head down, pull abs in and raise right arm and left leg at the same time. Hold for 2 seconds, lower, and repeat with opposite leg and arm. Do 3 sets of 10 reps on each side. Works abs and back. Increases core strength and stability; improves posture.
